Return Policy
– If your product is damaged, defective, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request within 12 hours of delivery.
– Contact Customer Service at contact@kenwaj.com, specifying the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
– Include pictures of the packaging and the product from different angles.
Shipping Damages / Broken Items
Kenwaj Enterprises Inc. takes great care to ensure sustainable packaging, but damage can occur during transit. To address this:
– Share proof of damage within 6 hours of receiving the item.
– We do not accept returns or exchanges for damaged items but will offer a discount coupon equivalent to the damage.
– Claims will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to:
Define, limit, refuse, or reject returns from customers due to:
– An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”;
– A history of returns involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items;
– Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Return Condition
1. Returned items must be in unused condition with original packaging and tags. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered.
2. We do not accept returns that have not been accompanied by a proper return request.
Return Process
1- Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
2- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
3- Inspection: Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy.
